The development of metal oxide semiconductor device is a very competitive field where the process should have a high yield, and it is not only applicable in the development of semiconductor devices but also in application in semiconductor devices which may use metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD).

In this kind of device, process deposition is costly and tends to produce semiconductors too low in cost. After the crystallization of the material is completed, the silicon-induced growth is conducted into the vapor phase to form metallic crystals or inorganic crystals through the thermal diffusion mechanism such as thermal oxidation, metal diffusion or by partial oxidation. The type of metal in the material formed depends upon the type of material, such as the crystallization type, and the type of synthesis of the materials is still under intensive research and development.

Alternatives

These known metal oxide semiconductors have high insulating capacitance and have a series resistance element that should be effective in forming devices with low leakage currents, so that high performance is necessary. Based on the known silicon-dioxide-based semiconductor field line, various etching methods are shown in (1)—(9) and (10). The key issue is that the high production rate leading to the use of such the conventional metal oxide semiconductor field line is usually achieved by a combination of temperature cycling, chemical etching, and thermal resistance.
